Meet Michael.
As CEO of Hafstaff, Michael understands the employee’s struggle as much as he does the entrepreneur’s vision. He personally relates to the ones who bike to work at one of his global office branches, yet he also helps them dream bigger, shine brighter and work harder to make a difference. He also personally believes in positive culture building, systemization, and the power of teamwork, mirroring that belief into Hafstaff’s mission.
With an adaptive mindset and creative vision, Michael founded Hafstaff on the premise of providing a unique niche in the outsourcing market. Always infatuated with the art of Lego dynamics and the thrill of creating spaces, Michael took the serious task of ground up office building with a unique edge he adapted when creating Lego structures. Except that this time he had a team that shared his vision, his passion, and his mission to build.
The founding team at Hafstaff is still very much there, ingrained in its values and close to the Hafstaff family. It’s a message that conveys trust, stability, and value to Hafstaff’s ever growing client network. At each of its locations, there’s as much emphasis on floor to ceiling glass and on-brand color as there is on creating a positive environment.
While Michael is the CEO of Hafstaff NY, he is also occupied with hardware + software development and a visionary across multiple mediums of technology.

Glaiza, Supervisor
Flexible, attentive, and personable, Glaiza multitasks between her roles in management and customer service. With a positive attitude and easy to please personality, she loves giving back to the place that she’s so passionate about. As a solo parent of a daughter with a disability, she is part of a group and community that supports single parents and people with disabilities, and Hafstaff makes it possible for her to support her family while loving what she does daily.
Hafstaff has taught Sarah to shift from her reserved stance to a more interactive and social position, making her job a life changing experience in many ways. This is her happy place and her favourite job to date. It has given her confidence, growth, independence and skill sets she hopes to continue utilizing for the betterment of her personal and professional goals.
Aira, Operations Manager
Raised in a supportive family environment that encouraged exploration and drive from a young age, Aira’s passion resonated with Michael’s vision for Hafstaff. Since Hafstaff’s early days, she has been a vital member of its core staff base and continues to lead by example. Helping the team turn setbacks into stepping stones for success, Aira has achieved remarkable success on her journey thus far.
With a commitment to making a difference, Aira and her team continue to push the boundaries of what's possible, eager to leave an even greater impact on the people around them. With each new challenge she encounters, Aira remains steadfast in their resolve, knowing that Hafstaff is her mission, her passion and her future.

Fatima, currently employed at Hafstaff Davao, is a virtual assistant and administrative professional. Holding a degree in Information Technology and possessing graphic design proficiency, she combines technical acuity with creative flair. Fatima is deeply committed to optimizing workflows and boosting efficiency through technology.
Renowned for her top-notch administrative support and talent for crafting visually captivating content, she plays an indispensable role within her organization. During her leisure time, Fatima enjoys exploring new design trends and prospecting the latest art scenes, refining her skills, and innovating solutions to various challenges.

Sarrah believed in the Hafstaff mission of building a support system for employees and has been with the company since its inception. Attentive, positive, resourceful and loyal, she embodies all of Hafstaff’s core values and conducts her job with utmost dedication and professionalism.

The ease of communication with a Hafstaff agent is our seamless setup and integration. Agents are provided with VoIP phones and communicate via Whatsapp in real time, but also can be summoned to a Hafstaff powered instant Zoom link for training and follow ups.
While a majority of our locations focus on task based positions, we offer in-office and home based talented individuals for graphic design, architectural design, software development and other niche positions.
Aside for Hafstaff generated daily reports, we utilize Teramind and Time Doctor to give our clients the complete confidence in our process and services.
We usually have vetted agents on standby at all of our locations, but await client feedback post interview to assess if a special hire is required or if the in house agents surpass the requirements. With in depth IQ, technology, communication and language assessments, clients are usually very satisfied after the intial 3 interview process.
